Relationship: Was in care and have known as friend my whole life


Location: From Edinburgh lived in Musselburgh


Tribute:Dean was a lifelong friend who family are from Niddrie so grew up in childhood and met again in St Katherine's and other units across the city. Dean was the big brother you never had, would look out for you and was always making sure you were okay. I maintained contact with Dean into adulthood and would see him right up until his passing in 2019.


Care Placement: Residential, secure (St Katherine's)
