Relationship: Friend (lifelong)


Location: Edinburgh


Tribute:Brian was a twin like me, and was a kind cheeky wee guy, but the quieter. He shared the nickname twinny with his brother Brian who he was stuck to like glue: they would do everything together. Brian joined the armed forces at 18 and was briefly stationed at Glencorse. Brian told me that he joined because he wanting the security and respect of serving his country. The army life was not meant for Brian and he left. Brian spent his life overcoming obstacles, despite what life threw at him he was always kind, considerate and gentle to others less fortunate, so much so that I would remind him his nature was his own and that the world and its people didn't all think like him.
